I get anxiety over absolutely everything. Any time something doesn't go as planned, my mind jumps to worst case scenario. For instance; if I failed a test my mind would go to, "I'm gunna fail the class, it's gunna bring my GPA down, I'm going to be a failure in life." I'm 100% worn out all day every day because of this and it's taken control of how I live my life. Any tips?
