Usually after studying for awhile my posture usually sags and no matter how many times I scoot my chair in, out, change position, usually at the end I get to distracted by discomfort to truly benefit from studying.
What do you guys do to be able to study without destroying your back?
ALSO: Laying back or down usually makes me sleepy and it is difficult to keep my back upright because I usually have to focus for a long time on keeping my abs tight so my back doesn't bend over.
