Looking to hand in 2 weeks notice to leave current job. Would like to do it in a way that would allow me to apply there and be hired again in a few years if i like... Have a good relationship with director. Manager is a tool. Supervisor is a dick and he's the reason I want to leave in the first place. It's a good job so if things don't work out on my own, i would like to have the relationship available to reapply in the future.
Any advice?
