LPT: Sick of getting "access denied" on a new install of windows folders? None of the suggested methods work?

I understand there are manual ways to achieve the same result, but often times files are left behind because they are "in use" or need administrative privileges even after you the administrator have supposedly taken ownership and given yourself the required permissions.

This tool fixes all that.
