Request: I'm turning 30 and lost

http://ift.tt/eA8V8J

Request: I'm 30, since school age I've felt like I should know what I want to be when I grow up. Well I'm basically "grown up" (I'm a dad/husband with investments and a mortgage) and have no clue what I want to do with my life. I have a bunch of marketable skills, which I could make a reasonable livelyhood from but it all just sort of doesn't do it for me. Like the thought of having to go to work on a consistent basis doing these things seems like a sentence to purgatory. . I can't help seeing these people in their 20s and they have a career path and aspirations. I never had that "I want to be a doctor" moment.

What do you do to keep yourself going?
