Im having a big problem with this especially on my days off from work. I've tried putting an alarm clock across the room but that didn't work, I just go back to my bed. People have told me to just force yourself to get out of bed but I try that every day and it hasn't worked. I'm thinking of getting a timed coffee pot next to my bed so I can get some caffeine in my system to turn my brain on.
